AI real time applications
Recordings of an almost real time AI application. Mostly realized within Touchdesigner using the StreamDiffusion framework. Following different principles of either developing for VR environment or webcam based camera setup to mirror users action and movements on screen or in projection mapping.
The aim was to transport visitors into a world that dissolves their familiar perceptions and confronts them with a new, surreal reality. By using either-or-principle, the immediate images of their surroundings are transformed in almost real-time to become a metamorphosis of the visible through the optics of an intense acid trip. What remains of your understanding of the world when familiar shapes shift into cats, fleeting brushstrokes, dancing letters, or cloud-like entities that endlessly evolve? And what happens to the ego in response to unfamiliar perception and body sensations?
Based on various parameters this transformation can not only be experienced in almost real-time but also independently altered, gathered and feedback-looped.
